In 2008, Richard decided to dedicate the rest of his life in financial planning, having seen and shared his wife, Pauline Tan’s deep conviction and passions in helping families with financial planning and how many had benefited financially from the unforeseen events that struck them or their loved ones.
What Richard does best is to help his clients understand what are their financial risks exposures and how best to manage them and the main focus is to add value so that his clients can make the right informed decisions.
What clients appreciate most is Richard’s patience and sincerity with clients’ interests first, particularly, taking the initiatives to liaise with relevant departments on the underwriting outcomes for his clients, whenever necessary.
